About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team at Southcoast Health System, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement injury prevention services and programs tailored to specific ergonomics hazards of the hospital and/or Occupational Health client companies.
  • Provide Athletic Training outreach services to contracted high schools.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Employee Health and Ergonomics, to develop and implement effective injury prevention strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, or a related field.
  • Over three years of related work experience.
  • Certification in Ergonomics is recommended.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • BOC Certification required.
  • Licensure as an Athletic Trainer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
