About the Role

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). In this role, you will be responsible for implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in a public school setting in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support and skills instruction to students with autism, behavioral/emotional disabilities, and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on individual student progress and program effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies and train teachers in their implementation.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, community services, and agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • BCaBA certification and registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • New Jersey Department of Education (NJ DOE) certification.
  • New Jersey licensure requirements.
  • Experience providing behavioral services in a public school setting.
