Job Description

Multiples tasks are assigned to a regular receptionist, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tenant involvement: managing rental payments, maintenance issues, applications, and other matters.
  • Analyzing bills for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handling maintenance calls in a timely manner.
  • Representing the company at court evictions and hearings as necessary.
  • Processing bank deposits to maintain financial records.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
