As a Front Desk Agent at Hegg, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed all guest needs. You will create a positive environment and work closely with all hotel team members to ensure seamless administrative responsibilities are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Guest Interaction:** Politely greet guests and resolve all guest inquiries and problems in a positive and productive manner both in person and via phone.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Successfully follow all telephone, sales, and reservation processes and complete all administrative duties as assigned.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work actively with the sales team and all other staff to provide excellent guest experiences.
- **Check-in/Check-out Process:** Follow the check-in and check-out processes in a friendly and efficient manner.
- **Communication:** Review and update the communication log regularly to stay current with developments in the hotel.
- **Lobby Maintenance:** Ensure the lobby and front desk are clean and fully supplied, including the ordering of supplies when necessary.
