Job Summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience at the Ramada Airport Sioux Falls, SD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, register them into the computer, and provide accurate and timely information and services.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
  • Payment and Accounting: Accept payment for guests' accounts, maintain a house bank, and make deposits and accurate reports of receipts daily.
  • Security and Safety: Issue keys to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes, post miscellaneous charges as requested, and ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Promptly respond to and resolve guest complaints, answer telephone calls promptly and properly, and provide friendly, thorough, accurate, and efficient service to guests.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, basic computational ability, and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length, lift up to 15 lbs occasionally, and perform other physical demands of the job.
