Job Description

The Fleet Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in managing various responsibilities, including the oversight of driver qualification files, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and assisting in the onboarding process for new employees. This position requires ongoing monitoring of Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) to guarantee adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review driver qualification files to ensure accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to address and resolve file discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Ensure precise data entry for reporting purposes.
  • Monitor compliance with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse regulations.
  • Provide support for MVR monitoring activities.
  • Carry out additional fleet-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with FMCSA/DOT regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicle Reports.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is primarily based in a professional office environment utilizing standard office equipment. The role is mainly sedentary, with occasional lifting and bending required.
