Job Summary:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical control systems for our manufacturing facility in central Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to plant operations to ensure seamless execution of corporate and plant specification goals.

• Plan and implement all PLC controls related activities, including installation and testing of new equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment and processes, focusing on reliability and technology advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.

• Technical certification with PLC or CNC Controls is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in Controls Engineering with plant floor experience.

• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC, Controls Logix, Servo Controllers, HMI products, and software.

• Working knowledge of NEC and ANSI codes.

• CAD software skills.

• Ability to make changes to electrical prints as needed.

• Working knowledge of Basic, C, and Visual Basic programming.
