Job Summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Learning and Development initiatives. As Vice President, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch a world-class Tricon Learning Academy that meets the needs of both operations and corporate employees.
  • Create a strategic L&D roadmap aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
  • Drive the creation of an organization-wide talent and leadership development model and process.
  • Implement succession planning with a focus on mid-management.
  • Assist the organization in transitioning from a competency-based to a skills-based approach.
  • Partner with senior leadership to analyze organizational needs, identify high performers, and recommend training programs.
  • Provide coaching to executives on organizational effectiveness and leader development.
  • Drive organization-wide quarterly performance management programs.
  • Support instructional design of departmental-specific learnings.
  • Establish measurable goals and KPIs to track the effectiveness of the L&D function.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading L&D organizations with an operating entity.
  • Experience with succession/talent management, change management, organization/leadership development, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership presence, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • A track record of success in managing programs/processes to develop leaders.
  • Proven ability to form strategic partnerships with senior business leaders.
  • Ability to lead in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Certified in Organization Development tools, such as personality indicators, 360 feedback tools, career assessments, and coaching.

Salary Range: $179,490.00 - $333,330.00
