Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Care Services Coordinator to join our team at Reconnect Real Estate in South St. Louis city. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the regular ongoing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and turnover preparation of our diverse portfolio of residential apartments and homes.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires proficiency in various skills, including general make-ready and repair tasks, wall repair, painting, plastering, drywall installation and repair, flooring installation and trimming, building repairs and maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, roofing and gutter repairs, tuckpointing, and landscaping. You will also be responsible for documenting completed work orders through before/after photos and detailed notes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general make-ready and repair tasks for apartments and homes.
  • Assist with property cleanouts and general cleaning duties.
  • Document completed work orders through before/after photos and detailed notes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of relevant maintenance experience.
  • A reliable and functional vehicle.
  • BASIC TOOLS.
  • An Apple or Android smartphone capable of running the necessary applications used by our company.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will travel between our office, material suppliers, and each property as needed. The properties we manage are primarily situated in the South St. Louis area, within a convenient 10-20 minute commute from our office.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
