We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at J&M Cleaning, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various cleaning activities at new home construction sites, including:

  • Vacuuming and sweeping floors, basements, and garages
  • Dusting, washing, and polishing surfaces
  • Cleaning tubs, showers, and toilets
  • Removing jobsite trash
  • Occasional lifting and moving of materials up to 35lbs
  • Pressure washing (for those with experience)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
  • Computer and mobile phone with internet access
  • No criminal background and pass a drug test
  • Proper identity and work authorization documents
  • A strong work ethic, including dependability, honesty, and attention to detail

J&M Cleaning, Inc. will provide:

  • A flexible work schedule with core days/hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM)
  • Cleaning products and equipment needed for the job
  • Company work shirt and necessary safety equipment

Prior cleaning or construction experience is preferred but not required. We value flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong team attitude.
