About the Role:

Elder Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our craft team members across multiple projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project components, ensuring smooth coordination of crew size, schedules, materials, equipment, meetings, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage craft team members across multiple projects
  • Plan, execute, and oversee project components
  • Ensure smooth coordination of crew size, schedules, materials, equipment, meetings, and safety protocols
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • Handle assignments, scheduling, and performance management

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of carpentry or field experience, commercial preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Products
  • Competent in OSHA job site safety requirements
  • Reads and understands plans, specifications, shop drawings, and coordination drawings
