Job Overview and Responsibilities:

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all site construction activities, ensuring the successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget. This role involves supervising trade and field personnel, maintaining the highest quality standards, and administering good construction safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise multiple jobs of all different types in multiple locations simultaneously.
• Direct subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
• Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems, and oversee time management.
• Conduct weekly Forman and safety meetings, order materials, and schedule inspections as necessary.
• Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers, and facilitate activities of project schedules.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Knowledgeable in computer construction and scheduling software, as well as Windows applications.
• Ability to accept full-time assignments outside of Colorado, with a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is in the range of $75,000 to $120,000.00 per year, depending on the candidate's capabilities and role. Additionally, the company offers standard benefits, including paid time off accrual, health, FSA, dental, vision, and life insurance eligibility, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
