Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to our clinical staff, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical teams.
  • Review care plans daily to ensure appropriate care is being rendered.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
  • Participate in special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required.
  • Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related healthcare center.
