- Provide regular updates on lead generation, conversion rates, and market insights to franchisees to support their local marketing efforts.
- Support franchisees with training and resources related to sales techniques and best practices for membership growth.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software.
- Track sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead response times, and member retention rates.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis for management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via text messaging.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A fun and light environment with a purposeful role in a high-impact, growing company.
- After an onboarding phase, this position would be in-office 4 days a week with the ability to work from home 1 day.
