We are in search of an experienced Irrigation Technician to enhance our workforce for continuous employment throughout the year. This role involves both maintenance and installation duties. You will be tasked with the upkeep, repair, and installation of irrigation systems across various properties, including Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and commercial sites, spanning from 1 to 40 acres.
During the winter months, you will supervise labor teams as they install irrigation systems and execute system enhancements. Additionally, you may assist maintenance and installation crews during periods of reduced activity. This is a full-time position that offers year-round stability.

Compensation: Pay is based on experience, ranging from $17 to $23 per hour.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the irrigation sector
- Proficient in working with PVC, copper, and poly pipe
- IA certifications are preferred and may influence compensation
- Familiarity with various controllers, troubleshooting, and programming
- Ability to effectively use a toner, locator, and multimeter
- Capability to lift over 40 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including temperature fluctuations, rain, snow, and freezing temperatures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday and overtime required
- Willingness to work 10+ hours a day when necessary
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
