We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at QUICK CARE MED P L. This role will involve visiting businesses, medical providers, and attending community events to promote our discount plans and services, driving membership growth.

About the Role

  • Represent the company by conducting field marketing activities, visiting businesses, healthcare providers, and events.
  • Promote our services to drive new memberships and manage leads through a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with in-office teams to oversee provider enrollments, pricing, customer service, and related data management.
  • Plan and execute an organized daily route to achieve maximum efficiency and utilize time effectively in the field.
  • Execute field marketing campaigns to increase membership, leveraging networking and community outreach.
  • Build relationships with key community groups and leaders to identify new membership opportunities.
  • Report regularly on progress, including goals achieved and plans.
  • Participate in marketing duties at community and industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage fieldwork with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent ability to stay focused and maintain a positive attitude.
  • A strong customer service and problem-solving mindset, committed to achieving personal and company goals.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outside sales and marketing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including planning efficient daily routes for maximum productivity.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and pull objects (signs, tables, chairs, promo items for events) and stand for extended periods.
  • Must have a valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation Package

  • A competitive base salary: $60,000 per year.
