Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the success of our sales team.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our latest products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Door-to-Door Sales Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in door-to-door sales or a related field.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation and Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
