About the Role

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
