Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance of students' academic records, including course enrollment, degree audits, and graduation requirements.
- Coordinate the registration cycle, including class scheduling, room assignments, and student registration.
- Manage student information systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide professional development opportunities and training for staff.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience in student affairs or a related field. A Master's degree and 5-6 years of experience may be preferred. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work EnvironmentThe Registrar, School of Medicine position is a full-time regular position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A hybrid work arrangement of up to two days remote per week may be available after successful completion of a provisional period. The position is located on the University of Pittsburgh campus.
