Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recording Specialist to join our team at Nobleserve LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of borrower information, signatures, and initials through initial audits. You will also review Deed/Mortgage documents to verify the presence of recordable documents and manage the shipping of audited packages based on lender requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for mailing recording documents to the county office for recording, managing the abstractor network for Walk-in-Recording based on county coverage, and overseeing the Mailroom and Document Management. You will also handle trailing documents and checks, and have prior experience working with an offshore team would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial audits to ensure borrower information, signatures, and initials are accurate

  • Ship audited packages based on lender requirements
