Position Overview:

The role involves initiating contact with individuals and organizations that oversee and/or possess commercial properties. The objective is to schedule meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships and establishing our company as their preferred provider for restoration and cleaning services. Additionally, the position aims to maintain existing customer relationships and referral sources through regular phone and in-person communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a list of target prospect accounts.

• Conduct sales calls that result in scheduled meetings with potential clients.

• Secure commitments from clients to designate our company as their primary vendor for all cleaning and restoration services.

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with suitable contractors to enhance value for our clients.

• Expand services offered to existing customer accounts, reinforcing our position as their preferred supplier.

• Identify potential customers aligned with the Business Plan and market strategy, leading the sales process for significant commercial accounts.

• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports promptly.

• Participate in weekly sales meetings.

• Maintain consistent communication with current customers through phone and in-person interactions.

• Deliver group presentations to prospective organizations.

• Engage actively in trade, community, and networking organizations, participating in relevant activities and events.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive customer contact database.

• Assist in creating marketing materials.

Decision-Making Authority:

• Manage entertainment expenses within the approved budget.

• Plan sales calls, meetings, presentations, and event participation.

Working Relationships:

• Collaborate with managers across all company functions to support planning related to capacity and service delivery.

• Actively participate in select trade and community associations to access customer prospects and partner contractors.

• Leverage a network of partner contractors to enhance the value our company provides to property management and ownership organizations.

• Work closely with Operations management and Project Managers to stay informed on active job statuses and progress, ensuring customers and referral sources are updated.

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Education and Experience: An Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in relationship selling to high-level executives, business owners, and property managers.

• Selling Skills: Demonstrates a strong understanding of differentiation and value addition. Familiar with customer markets and their challenges, translating this knowledge into effective selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services.

• Professionalism: Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor. Treats all individuals with respect and takes the initiative to enhance professional skills. Sets high performance standards for oneself and has a low tolerance for mediocrity.

• Financial Acumen: Understands the concepts and content of financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
