Your primary focus will be on performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize production efficiency.

As a Packaging Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve equipment-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs or adjustments to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and process improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or production role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or packaging environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
