As a Packaging Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve equipment-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs or adjustments to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and process improvements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or production role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or packaging environment.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
