Main Responsibilities
* Welcome and serve customers with a smile, setting clear expectations and providing exceptional customer service
* Fit glasses and lenses with precision, ensuring a perfect fit and exceptional quality
* Stay up-to-date with the latest optical trends and technologies, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and customers
* Assist with complex product needs and prescriptions, providing solutions-driven support
* Use technology efficiently, accurately, and thoroughly, even in high-pressure situations
* Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations
* Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask with ease, achieving exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
* Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, taking pride in our appearance
* Identify and report safety opportunities, demonstrating safe work practices
Requirements
* High School graduate or equivalent
* State Licensure
* Optical dispensing experience
* Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork
* Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends
* Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
* Ability to adapt to new technology and change
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service and retail experience
