Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the training, development, and performance evaluation of department personnel.
  • Generate and review closing, summary, session, and 24-hour activity reports.
  • Accurately record game payouts and manage void payout receipts.
  • Conduct main bank counts and sign off on financial transactions.
  • Update ace ball amounts and transition the system to the subsequent session.
  • Oversee sidework tasks and ensure their completion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service promptly to guests and team members.
  • Perform Bingo Attendant duties as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, ideally in a Bingo setting.
  • Prior experience with cash handling is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both in group settings and one-on-one interactions.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Familiarity with Title 31 regulations is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary work cards as mandated by the organization.
  • Verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor setting.
  • Potentially smoky and noisy atmosphere.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and sit.
  • Frequently stand and communicate using radio and paging systems.
  • Constantly walk and utilize vision and hearing effectively.
