  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans to promote healthy eating habits and disease management
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on nutrition-related topics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Food Science, or Nutrition
  • Credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian eligible through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (Illinois and Michigan)
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist eligible (Illinois)
  • Basic Microsoft application proficiency
  • Previous experience working with patients in a group or individual setting
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • License Certified diabetes educator
  • 1 year experience working with patients in a group or individual setting
