About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Fellow to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty
