Job Overview

The Management Specialist (Facilities) role is a key position within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P)), responsible for providing strategic direction and support to the Facilities Directorate. This individual will apply analytical techniques to evaluate project objectives, identify trends, and predict organizational growth.

As a member of the OUSD(P) team, you will contribute to the development of performance measurements, generate reports on facility-related issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. This full-time position is based in the Pentagon, requiring a strong understanding of WHS business practices, familiarity with MAXIMO, and experience coordinating with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency. You will also work closely with the Facilities Office Director to analyze, predict, and report building and organizational trends over time.
