Job Title: Program Evaluation Researcher

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Researcher to join our team at Sprezzatura Management Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of government programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute research plans that assess the outcomes of government programs, focusing on educational attainment, employment, and long-term financial benefits.
  • Design and implement quantitative research studies using econometrics, statistical analysis, and data-driven methods to measure the ROI of government initiatives.
  • Query large datasets using SQL to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, regression models, and other advanced quantitative techniques to assess the effectiveness of government programs.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including government databases, educational institutions, and labor market data, to measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create interactive dashboards of program outcomes using Power Bi.
  • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and policy recommendations for government leaders, stakeholders, and policymakers.
  • Prepare detailed reports, infographics, and presentations summarizing research findings, including trends, program impact, and ROI, and present them to government stakeholders and policymakers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, educational institutions, and advocacy groups, to ensure research reflects real-world experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with government contract requirements, including timelines, reporting standards, and methodological rigor.
