Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team at TeamBuilders Behavioral Health. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with families to provide unconditional care and support in a community-based setting.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human services and experience working with children and families. A bachelor's degree in a related field and bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake, assessment, and triage with families to identify their needs and develop a plan of care.
- Collaborate with treatment team members to provide in-home and community-based therapeutic activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and collateral practitioners to achieve service goals.
- Ensure the safety and protection of family members and maintain a professional helping role.
- Document client progress, case work, and outcomes in accordance with agency and state/federal standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services related field.
- 1 year of experience working with SED children.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Criminal Records Clearance and certifications in First Aid and CPR.
