Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of new and changing technologies, new hardware, new software, and systems techniques that provide the most competitive business tools that support the Ingersoll Rand business strategies.
  • Project Management, adhering to project audit requirements, performing in a waterfall/agile environment.
  • Preparation of Business requirements, business costs, and business benefits to be presented to management and IT for final costing/benefits.
  • Provide management guidance with on-going day-to-day problem resolution, supporting the business team with priorities and communication to end users.
  • Developing Super User education material, training videos, which leads to a strong business team to support the ITSA organization (SAP ECC and/or Oracle 11/R12 processes).
Requirements
  • Minimum of six years' experience in SAP business system analysis, design, configuration, and project management or in an area that provides in-depth business knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with multiple SAP implementations.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple sites & nationalities.
