Benefits and Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 403(b) retirement savings plan, health savings account, flexible spending account, paid time off, life insurance, extended leave plan, family care, paid parental leave, pet insurance, and car insurance. In addition, we offer tuition reimbursement and monthly payments to help pay down any graduated school debt.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide and document individualized patient care, including patient evaluation, education, medication administration, IV therapy, treatments, and patient safety as directed by the RN or provider.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain a safe and caring environment for both patient and family.
- Stay informed about changes in hospital policy, procedure, and equipment.
- Participate in nursing PI activities as assigned.

Education and Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
- Successful completion of a 30-hour approved IV therapy course.
- Current nursing license in the State of Florida renewed every two years.
- BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
