**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital. As an Acute Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Our hospital is a 285-bed facility that provides advanced medical care in various specialties, including cardiovascular care, orthopedic care, surgical services, and emergency medicine.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care based on their responses and expected outcomes.
  • Evaluate patients' progress toward achieving expected outcomes.
  • Respect diversity by building respectful relationships with all team members and customers.
  • Function as a patient and family advocate.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit/department.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
  • Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
  • 1 year experience required unless approved by AVP level or above.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $68,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
