Position Overview:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is in search of a qualified Experienced or Senior Operations Procurement Agent to enhance our Supply Chain Structures team. This role is based in Everett, Washington and is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply and demand management, ensuring optimal scheduling and supplier quality.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage issues and opportunities effectively.
- Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate supplier effectiveness.
- Integrate various strategies into sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes.
- Initiate supplier improvement initiatives and incorporate outcomes into contract strategies.
- Provide oversight and approval for technical methodologies and processes.
- Review procurement and planning systems for accuracy and reliability.
- Present supplier status updates to diverse stakeholders.
- Operate with minimal supervision, exercising significant discretion in setting objectives and approaches.

Work Environment:
This position requires 100% onsite presence at the designated location. Candidates must comply with Export Control requirements, necessitating a classification as a "US Person" as defined by applicable regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Management or Procurement practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships over 3 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for at least 3 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with leadership and peers.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance.
- Experience interpreting supplier contractual obligations for 5+ years.
- Background in Procurement and/or Contract Administration for 5+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a competitive range for both Experienced and Senior levels.
