We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Tactical Overwatch Command LLC.

The Opportunity

This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, tasks, and resources to meet timely completion of data center construction projects.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules. Prepare regular status updates and reports for review by the Project Manager and senior management.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor project expenditures, track costs, and assist in managing the project budget effectively.
  • Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Support the Project Manager in managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Safety Oversight: Participate in fostering a strong safety culture on-site, and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and milestones, updating project schedules and communicating any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a construction-related role, with exposure to data center projects being a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
Benefits

Tactical Overwatch Command LLC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and relocation assistance available.
