Job Overview

Cinterra, a leading provider of specialized electrical utility and solar construction services, seeks an experienced Solar Electrical Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our utility scale Battery Storage projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery, while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of electrical work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Cultivate a safety-first culture, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of construction management experience in utility-scale solar projects required; eight or more years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Certifications: NFPA 70E Certification preferred; OSHA training and certifications also preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills and knowledge of electrical work.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per yearWork Environment:

This position requires frequent travel, extended hours, and working in various weather conditions. The physical demands include standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
