Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at Community Health Centers of Burlington. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and expeditiously check patients in and out for appointments
  • Schedule new appointments and manage patient flow
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize electronic scheduling systems and Microsoft Office products to manage patient data and communicate with staff
  • Convey detailed information clearly and effectively to patients and staff
  • Self-motivate, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience in a related field or medical office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and communication
  • Good computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
