Job Title: Patient Care Monitor

BAART Programs is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patient Care Monitor to maintain the overall safety and order of our clinic facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the protection of all employees and patients
  • Verify patient identification and maintain orderly waiting lines
  • Perform crowd control and prevent loitering and congregating
  • Report critical incidents and cooperate with authorities as needed
  • Respond to calls for assistance and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate records
  • Attend staff meetings and in-service training as directed
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in an office/clinic setting
  • Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred
  • Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude
  • Satisfactory drug screen and background check
