Position Overview

ROLE: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Onsite in a healthcare facility

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

COMPENSATION: $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

This represents the anticipated pay range for this role as estimated by BAHAMA Consulting Corporation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage both front and back office tasks, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient authorizations.
  • Measure vital signs, provide injections, and prepare examination rooms for patient visits.
  • Assist with various duties as required by the practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of High School or equivalent educational experience.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is required.
  • BLS Certification is preferred.
