Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient order processing.

About the Role:

  • Enter sales orders into QuickBooks via email and phone.
  • Back-up person for customer relations phone and email.
  • Maintain and respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers/distributors regarding product availability, delivery, and order status.
  • Assist in shipping of product when needed.
  • Complete assigned projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred or previous customer relations experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred but will train.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
