Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering prompt and exceptional customer service through the management of daily total loss claims.
  • Ensuring compliance with salvage regulations according to state laws and effectively negotiating upfront storage and rental costs.
  • Conducting thorough investigations of claims, including reserving assessments and resolutions.
  • Overseeing the utilization, output, and expenses associated with external vendors.
  • Building and nurturing robust business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engaging actively in committees and project task forces.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • In-depth expertise in all facets of claims adjustment, particularly in total loss management and salvage/compliance standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contracts, investigative methodologies, legal obligations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in collaborating effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in insurance claims management.
