Job Summary

Audubon Companies is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent to oversee the construction of electrical and instrumentation systems for our clients. This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical and instrumentation construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects safely and on time. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Manage and develop a team of electricians, instrument fitters, and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor to achieve project budgets.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • TX Journeyman electrician license or a journeyman license from a reciprocating state.
  • Texas Master Electrician License preferred but not required.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Able to travel and work on-site full-time.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
