Service of Process Department Coordinator

The Service of Process Department Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing incoming service of process requests from clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming service of process requests from clients through a busy inbox
- Set up and assign service of process requests to messengers and process servers
- Provide quality control on all service attempts made by field servers
- Offer exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth experience for clients
- Investigate and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Strong typing skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Adobe
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service mindset and commitment to individual and company success
