IPS Employment Specialist - Bachelor's Degree Required - Competitive Hourly Rate

The specialist will oversee all aspects of employment services, including intake, engagement, assessment, job placement, coaching, and ongoing support. This position ensures clients have access to benefits counseling and collaborates with vocational rehabilitation specialists to secure suitable employment opportunities tailored to individual needs.

Health Link Care Coordinator - Bachelor's Degree Required - Competitive Hourly Rate

This position serves as the primary coordinator for care, providing comprehensive case management for a designated group of children and/or adults. The coordinator will work closely with various agencies to foster collaboration and consistency across home, school, work, and health service providers. This role is integral to planning, implementing, and evaluating effective interventions for families.
