Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Harrison Trail Health Campus. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, advocating for residents' needs, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
