We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Briar Hill Health Campus. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
