Responsibilities:
  • Assist the agent with various marketing activities, including event setup, social media marketing, and outbound phone call marketing.
  • Contribute to creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google pages.
  • Schedule and implement community events that promote our products and services.
  • Learn and utilize our CRM system to manage client relationships and prospects.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects to obtain auto and home quotes, and schedule appointments with current clients.
  • Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
