Sales and Service Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Sephora. As a Sales and Service Leader, you will be responsible for implementing sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's standards, supporting and coaching team members in selling, service, and operations, and executing our client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to meet business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they excel in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards and maintain a professional environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and services to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Proven leadership experience in retail sales or services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- A competitive hourly rate of $33.41.
- A flexible work schedule with the option to work up to 19 hours a week.
