Job Summary

The Operations Manager in Training program is an entry-level training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge of future operations managers. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of our distribution centers and gain hands-on experience in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in classroom training sessions to learn about operations, financials, leadership, and human capital management

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including operations, management, and purchasing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations, or related field
  • Work experience in a leadership and/or problem-solving role
  • Ability to work in a distribution warehouse environment
  • Results-driven, self-starter with strong leadership skills
