Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to assist drivers who utilize our Reserve-it parking program. As a Reserve Lott Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth arrival and parking experience for our customers, while also promoting the Daymaker culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist drivers with arrival, parking, and general information
  • Display the Daymaker culture and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations
  • Wear and use protective equipment properly
  • Train in own position and cross-train in other positions
  • Assist managers in training other employees
  • Uphold company standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Meet minimum state age requirements and labor regulations
  • Able to learn light maintenance work
  • Satisfactory work record
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Must consent and pass MVR check
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and carry cases of merchandise (up to 50 pounds)
  • Frequently bend, stoop, and reach
  • Stand/walk for shifts up to eight hours
  • Requires good vision, hand coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity
