Key Responsibilities:
- Greets patients and assists with paperwork, maintaining the sign-in sheet and ensuring the accuracy of patient demographics.
- Enters charges into the system and collects co-payments as needed.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Customer service experience and medical terminology knowledge.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
- Willingness to work 12 hour shifts and weekends, and flexibility to work at other centers as needed.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
